A. Current situation of applicable industries:

Plastic products, plastic film, plastic granulation, wire drawing and injection molding, pipe production enterprises. At present, the production equipment of these enterprises use electric heating ring to heat the barrel and die head to melt and plasticize the plastic raw materials, and then inject, stretch and extrude into products.

B. problems:

(1) Large heat loss: the heating method adopted by the existing enterprises is wound by resistance wire, and the inner and outer sides of the coil are heated. The heat of the inner surface (close to the barrel part) is transferred to the barrel, and most of the heat outside is lost to the air, resulting in the loss and waste of electric energy.

(2) Environmental temperature rise: due to the loss of a large number of heat, the ambient temperature rises, especially in summer, which has a great impact on the production environment. The working temperature on site exceeds 45 ℃, and some enterprises have to use air conditioning to reduce the temperature, which leads to secondary waste of energy。

(3) Short service life and large maintenance: due to the use of resistance wire heating, its heating temperature is as high as 300 ℃. The resistance wire is easy to burn out due to high temperature aging. The service life of common electric heating coil is about half a year, so the maintenance workload is relatively large.
